About the Chef
As a child, I remember being captivated by my grandmother’s ability to take something as simple as a tomato grown in her own backyard and turn it into a savory sauce for her hand cut spaghetti noodles. It was a sight to be seen and a taste so unforgettable that it inspired me to pursue a career as a chef.

A New Jersey native, I spent twelve years in Florida as an Executive Chef in several highly acclaimed, award winning restaurants. I have created menus incorporating Italian, Asian, Latin, French, Caribbean, vegetarian and organic cuisines. My passion for flavor has rewarded me as the recipient of various recipe awards including being a three time winner for Maple Leaf Farms Duckling and once for Bacardi Rum. I spent three years with Whole Foods Market as a Prepared Foods Team Leader. I have also hosted television cooking events and hold write ups in various publications for my culinary creations.

It is with my great pleasure to use my expertise and passion in the kitchen to bring to you Christopher’s Kitchen, a unique meal service and catering company located in Morganville, NJ that offers quality natural foods choices for your lifestyle while bringing your family and friends back to the table.
