Weekly Meal Delivery Menu 11-07-2011


1. Pappardelle pasta, braised short ribs, melted leeks, mascarpone, shitake mushrooms

2. Tandoori grilled shrimp, chickpea and spinach masala, green chutney


3. Roasted garlic and shallot braised chicken, parsnip puree, braised greens


4. Grilled swordfish with escarole, white beans, pine nuts, tomatoes and capers


5. Tuscan grilled ribeye, caramelized onions, olive oil, lemon and rosemary potatoes


6. Balsamic and lemon glazed lamb chops, potato scallion cake


7. Roast salmon with balsamic and red wine caramelized onions, vegetable couscous


8. Herb and Dijon roast porkloin, almond green beans, butternut squash coulis, new potatoes


9. Buttermilk and herb grilled chicken breast, sweet pepper grits, truffle roasted cauliflower and corn

3. Coconut curry vegetables, parsnip puree, braised greens


4. Grilled polenta with escarole, white beans, pine nuts, tomatoes and capers


5. Balsamic and lemon glazed grilled vegetables, potato scallion cake


6. Roasted tofu with balsamic and red wine caramelized onions, vegetable couscous


7. Herb andDijonroasted fall vegetables, almond green beans, butternut squash coulis, new potatoes
