Please join me for a spectacular French wine and food pairing for an
“Evening in Bordeaux,” Thursday October 4th at 7 PM at Peppadew Fresh Farms
in Morganville.
Join Seventh generation Bordelais Baron Gonzague de Luze.
Gonzague will take us through six wines from the Chateaux of his family located in the Region. The de Luze family wine business dates back to the early 1800s.
First Course
Pan seared sea scallop, braised leeks, fennel, saffron
