Join us for our exciting cooking classes in Morganville, NJ. Everybody loves good food. Imagine learning how to make spectacular handcrafted meals from an award winning professional chef in a real commercial kitchen. You can learn how to make herb crusted halibut with corn basil sauce and tomato confit, pan roasted sea scallops with Jamaican braised oxtail and for dessert how about mascarpone crepes cake with port wine cherries and shaved chocolate? Yum! Our cooking classes are designed to teach participants cooking instructions at any level in a relaxed and fun atmosphere while enjoying a 3 course meal. BYOB
